Extenuating circumstances

hey guys, my a level resits begin next week (i was ill in year 13 so couldn’t perform at my best - got ABB but have a UCL offer of 2As for the subjects I achieved and in) but this year in january i was raped and it has absolutely destroyed me, i’ve had nightmares, intense trauma etc i’ve reported to the sarc and everything so i do have evidence and am starting therapy soon (had to leave my old therapist). however because of the intense effects of this ive really struggled to lock in and im terrified i wont achieve these grades. is there any way to factor in ecs? would ucl even care? does anyone know what my options are now like how do i tell them, do i tell my school (exam centre), would it make any difference come results day? thanks so much in advance if anyone has any advice
