Revision consultation cancelled with no option of seeing surgeon
I posted here some time ago in the below linked post that I was really unhappy with the results of my reduction - well the unhappiness persists. I followed the surgeons instructions of waiting six months to see how I adapted to my new breasts, and here we are. I’ve been trying to schedule an appointment with my surgeon to discuss a revision since February. I was scheduled for an appointment this week and that appointment was cancelled, with the hospital telling me this surgeon will no longer see outpatients and that I’d have to see another surgeon who I’ve never met before. I’ve been in a heated back and forth exchange with the hospital since, to no avail. I was promised a follow up appointment at my last visit to discuss my options, and now I’m effectively being barred from seeing my surgeon. Anyone have any advice as to what my options are here? I’m the most stubborn person in the world so letting it go is simply not an option here. I’m a 32E after being a 32F, having only 80 grams removed when I asked to be a B or a C.
