I just accepted tcs offer letter for digital role and they sent for background verification form where my middle name is missing and it is not editable whereas in offer letter and in my application form has correct name what do i do shall i send ignoring middle or any other solution????

my exam was on 1 april 2026 vizag and i got location preference mail on april 14 2023 for which i have selected hyd and on 24 april they scheduled an interview the interview was very smooth and then after 11 days got mail for background verification on may 4 2026 and then today 13 may 2026 8:15 got tcs offer letter for digital.
