People who make their kids call them “sir” or ma’am”
No. You’re on a power trip. If you don’t have a good enough relationship with your kid, then don’t be a parent; be a drill sergeant. It’s parenting, not military school.

I get the sentiment, but it’s really not helping. honestly it feels kind of rude sometimes, even though i know that isn’t their goal, but still. Like if a loved one dies and Im crying about my loss, your sentiment feels rather sadistic or something. TL;DR, this phrase doesnt help at all, at least for me.

In this video, it shows the clip of the guy with the virus crying and talking about how he wants to see his family again which is totally heartbreaking but the clip also has a bunch of meme images in between and at the end it goes “SIIIKE!” and shows a video of the cruise being bombed. WTF? people are dying and your making a meme about it, even ridiculing the guy who’s literally crying about how he wishes to see his family again, and all the comments are saying how they’re praying for another iceberg (the titanic thing). The internet has desensitized important things and it’s sickening.
Any time i make a post ranting about something (usually something small or just a bit annoying) Some comments agree, but the WORST ones are the ones that say “Not a big deal btw” or “bigger problems rn”. Genuinely shut up. If you don’t like my rant you can scroll past, or even leave a downvote, but why bother stopping to comment on an obvious rant and talk about how big of a deal it isn’t? And most of the time they act like I said something like “this is a worse problem than world hunger” or something along those lines. The funniest part about it, though, is that they responded to my post to mention how unimportant it was, meanwhile they were scrolling on reddit, saw my post, read it (haha reddit), went to the comments, and left a comment about how not big of a deal it was. they themselves took my post seriously so what was the point of that?
Thank you for reading my unorganized rant.
(As a non-binary person just wanted to point out im not transphobic or anything like that)
I feel like it’s just so unnecessary atp. lemme list the characters: G666, 1x, Slasher, (Someone else i forgot), Two time, and chance. It was nice to have an in game representation with Two time, Chance, and 1x but then they start making it for everyone and, as someone who has this as their favorite game, and is in the lgbtq community… *I hate this so much* idk, it feels like it’s kind of… Insulting, in a way? I don’t think thats what they’re trying to do but making everyone lgbtq or genderless won’t really help much, and won’t help against the discrimination. It’s like disney making everyone black- nobody asked for it, and plus it wasn’t even a new character any of the times it was just a replay or an upgraded old movie.
TL;DR: Nobody likes this at all and i personally find it so unnecessary.
I feel like literally the only reason people say this is to act like nintendo did something wrong when making piracy an offense now. They didn’t want you doing it years ago, it was always against the rules and now they enforce it and your rioting? you just wanna be a criminal. you can say i glaze nintendo to the moon and back but how can you possibly ask why the switch 2 costs so much and why games cost so much when instead of supporting them, your just stealing them??
If you go to a store where stealing isn’t allowed and you steal 10 thing on each different days, you cant act surprised, offended, and angry when you try it the next day and get arrested.
As my mom told me; If you break the rules and get in trouble, Don’t get mad, you chose to do it.
Play stupid games, win stupid prizes
(I don’t understand the URL rule so sorry if i messed up)
Just had a conversation with someone on another subreddit, (I ranted about something in a post) and he said “Oh my god it’s not that big of a deal go cry about it” and i called him out for being rude and he said “that was so obviously ragebait🙄” and i said ragebait isn’t funny because nowadays it’s just an excuse to be a complete jerk to everyone and he said “you must be fun at parties”. Huh? Ragebait is like putting milk before the cereal. Taking something from your friend in minecraft, hiding their stuff around the house, not just being a total idiot. This isn’t ragebaiting, this is just… Being an asshole. Can we please bring back the real ragebaiting?
Oh my GOD bro it’s always so popular and most of the time it’s the most popular, it’s always the same reuse, copy paste thing and it’s never related to the video at all. It leaves the related comments at the bottom to hunt for because it’s filled with this BS. If you’ve watched the one piece live action season 2, the people who laugh at this is like that one scene where zoro laughs at literally anything for no reason. WHY ARE YOU ACTING LIKE A TODDLER??
I live in a very, very small town, and I remember once in our school we had to write a poem, and I thought to myself, "Oh, I can make it about love and friendship!" So i took the time to make the poem, make sure everything was perfect, and when I handed it in to the teacher, she said it had to be about the town. Well, gee, I wish i had been told before, but fine, whatever. As I was walking back to where I previously was, I saw the teacher accept a poem from some other kid about god or something, AND IT WAS PERFECTLY FINE!!! I was told it had to be about the town but suddenly it can be about something else?
I've seen similar scenarios outside of this one, and I wanna understand why the situations can changed based on whether or not you believe in a god or not.
