Not sure why but my views remains below 500 on Insta. 7-8 months I was boosting, now I have stopped and trying to grow organically. I am trying all but views remain below 500 and no increase in followers. I shared my last reel with friends and through personal messages, views increased around 400 in 1 hour and then dropped and now just 465 after 12 hours. Seems Instagram has put in a code that views should remain lower than 500, followers should not increase. Should I delete this account and start all over again?. Need help.

India is known for leather exports, but there’s a quiet shift happening around the globe and India is leading that Invention and It might interest this community.

In India, many companies are making materials that mimic leather but are made from agricultural waste and plant-based sources.

What is interesting is-

-They avoid animal use entirely.

-Many are trying to move away from plastic-heavy PU as well.

-The end goal is to create something that is not just cruelty free but aligns better with both ethical and environmental concerns.

Its still in development and Improvement phase but lot of work is happening so now your cruelty free products might come from catus, coconut or Agriwaste.

Being in the space I am excited the happenings around, Nobody atleast me never Imagined that leather can come from Agriwaste.

Anxiety, that constant crumbling in stomach. Do you feel them too?

Another quarter passed and we have again missed our milestones, set for ourselves.

I have been doing all. Consistently doing the work and yet, every time something happens and something breaks. It’s frustrating and quite exhausting and puts me in a constant state of questioning.

Today, I want to know If this is normal? this happens with everyone?

Mostly I’m firefighting and its too exhausting. Its been close to 2.5 years. someday that dependable employee left, another day some emergency at Vendor, Low Inventory, can't do marketing. Its too much. How to manage it all and how to keep your spirits high and positive.
