Pregunta, tienes interés en aprender inglés?

tendrían interés en aprender inglés por su cuenta? si sí, estás estudiándolo ahora, o por qué no lo estudias? si no, por qué (falta de tiempo, aburrido, etc)?

My MCQs are pushing me into the high 4 instead of low 5 category, and my time spent correcting after I finish them all doesn’t seem to help. Tips?

How can I stop making careless mistakes on both MCQs and FRQs?

O Collegeboard!

Our multitude of tests

True patriot love in all of us command.

With glowing hearts we see thee rise,

The APs strong and free!

From far and wide,

O Collegeboard, we stay awake for thee.

God keep our FRQs glorious and error-free!

O Collegeboard, we stay awake for thee.

O Collegeboard, we stay awake for thee.

(parody of Canadian anthem bc u don’t have to do ts over there I bet)

for people who have practiced for AP Spanish using Princeton Review, are its practice problems easier than the actual test? The audio files are all spoken super slow and in weird accents. Halp :|

Hello! I'm the Spanish Regional Manager of Interverse (https://interversemedia.org), a student-led 501(c)(3) nonprofit that provides free, online English-second-language (ESL) classes to any and all students!

We're looking for students (high school and university) interested in volunteering online for 30 minutes a week. We are a small nonprofit, so committed tutors have a high likelihood of assuming leadership roles. (You can find out more about us at our website.)

Responsibilities would include:

  • Tutoring a foreign student for 30 minutes a week
  • Preparing and designing ESL curriculum
  • (Leadership) recruiting students and tutors by reaching out to different schools and organizations
  • (Leadership) planning and assisting fundraising initiatives

Qualifications:

  • No prior tutoring experience required
  • Student (8th grade, high school, or university) with a stable internet connection
  • Native or native-like fluency in English
  • Proficiency in Spanish, Korean, or Chinese is preferred
  • Interest in volunteer activities, education, and/or languages
  • After your application, we'll contact you with a low-stakes online interview to verify your identity; then, we'll pair you with a student through WhatsApp!

Benefits:

  • Verified service hours
  • Leadership opportunities
  • Cultural exchange
  • Making a positive impact in the world

If you're interested, sign up here! This form shouldn't take more than 10 minutes. More tutors means greater accessibility, so we'd love for anybody to join our team.

Feel free to reach out through Reddit DM or to papybara.allison@gmail.com, even if you're only interested in some of these responsibilities!
