Hi All,

I'm currently a Senior M&A tax consultant that has been working at a big 4 firm for over 3 three years now and am starting to think about moving over to FP&A but am wondering if this is possible for me to do. My main thought I have is that I'd have to take a salary cut (I'm at $160k right now) and I'm more than OK with that. Mainly looking for better WLB than the high pay, this job has beaten me up quite a bit....

If anyone has any guidance on the best path to approach this, that'd be much appreciated.
