Things to get & what to expect post j-tube surgery

Hi, I'm getting a J-tube placed laproscopically on Friday (only found out the date today).

I have a lot of past experience with feeding tubes (had a g-tube for many years, currently have an NJ as well) so already have or know about a lot of things (tubie pads, enfit wrenches, syringe caps etc)

However, I got my g-tube 4 years ago when I was 15 and don't actually remember a lot of what recovery was like primarily due to where my health was at during that time.

So I am more thinking post surgery to help with pain/discomfort, what to expect in terms of recovery time (I'm also a wheelchair user so also not sure how that will impact things for me) or just anything specific to a surgical J-tube that you think would be helpful to know.

It's all feeling very overwhelming at the moment so anything is appreciated ❤️
