Greetings,

I’m a rookie in this world, but getting any device in today’s day and age isn’t exactly rocket science. I just pulled this out of box, brand new, yesterday and I cannot get the thing to connect and on the rare occasion it does, it doesn’t last for long. I’ve downloaded the app and live in the IOS ecosystem.

Anyone else having issues or can any possibility help me trouble shoot what’s going on?
