Will clavicle fracture require surgery?

I fractured my right clavicle Tuesday by tripping over a rock while running (I know, it's a very anticlimactic way to break a bone). I didn't get a chance to see my X-ray yet as the doctors computer was having issues pulling the images up. In my appointment notes the injury was described as an "Acute right midshaft clavicle fracture with small displaced segmental fracture fragment. Distal end of the proximal fracture fragment is superiorly retracted least one full bone width". I have an appointment with orthopedics tomorrow, but I'd like to be prepared as to if they're likely to recommend surgery or not. I'm a baker and would really love to gain back use of my arm as quickly as possible. Do I likely need surgery? Thank you!
