I ran into a confusing situation with Canva and thought I’d share it in case others had the same issue.

My account was linked to multiple teams (including one I created a long time ago), and it became really hard to understand what was actually “personal” vs team-based.

The main issue is that there’s no clear way to switch back to a true individual account while still keeping the teams you’ve joined or created.

A simple “return to individual account” option would make things way clearer, especially for people who want to move to Canva Pro (personal plan) without losing structure or history.
