i quit roblox and its been few months. i just tried to log in to come back and see anything changed and saw its hacked. i sent email to real roblox support (not ai i think). and i only made one purchase (robux). hacker also bought items etc. with their own payment methods. last purchase hacker made was on 4/22/2026 (as roblox said) and they wanting me to send "2 screenshots of purchase receipts that one including purchase made on 4/22/2026" but i cant because i made only one and very first payment. im saying that any purchase except the first one isnt mine but they replying same thing "we cant process with the image you send". what should i do?
