Any Advice
I got diagnosed with ADHD a year ago, and started on Adderall 20mg er, and found it to be the most beneficial. After a few months I felt it was not working, but continued to take it. A few months ago I asked to switch to concerta, and had a bad time. I recently asked to go back to Adderall, and its not working. Im guessing after looking at my pharmacy records the times my adderall would work was w a specific generic manufacturer. I had my appointment w my dr a few days ago(which is a new one), and prescribed adderall but now noticed the manufacturer is different, and hoping i can return my meds for my prefferd generic, or brand name. Is this possible?
I have a few questions i need help w:
Is brand name better than generic?
can i get that generic brand to always be prescribed?
are you allowed to trial different medications at the same time?
will i seem like a “drug seeker”?
