I want to get higher paying studies, i've read other threads that say that u can opt in for higher paying studies, but i don't know how to

I js went to look when i bought gmod for fun sake and saw ts, it says game added to ur library 3 times before i actually bought the game. crazy thing is my steam acc is from 2015, so i def did not play gmod in 2013.
