Hi, I need help or advice.

I tried adding funds to a boosting service and paid ₱55 through GCash. After sending the payment, I messaged them on Telegram and sent my receipt + reference number as proof.

But then they told me that they only accept payments if there’s a screen recording of the transaction. I didn’t screen record because:

1. I didn’t see that rule anywhere on their website

2. I didn’t even know that was required

Now they’re refusing to add my funds and keep saying:

“No screen record = no funds”

“Once payment is send, STRICTLY no refund”

They also post on Facebook calling customers “dumb” for not reading rules, but I swear I checked their site and didn’t see anything about screen recording before paying.

I already gave them my reference number and the screenshot of the receipt. Isn’t that supposed to be enough to verify a GCash payment?

At this point, I feel like I got scammed. Is there any way I can still get my money back or report them properly? Any advice would really help. Thank you 🙏
