I'm going to Japan in October! I would like to do the Kurama to Kibune hike, but I know Kibune is off-season after September and the river dining platforms won't be available. In addition to that, the only day I can make it work is a Sunday. Will I need to be worried about restaurants/stores being closed? I'd really like to make it happen but, if the timing isn't good, I'd rather prioritize other things.
