Air fryer Beef Jerky
After seeing a post of u/BobbyMarley1 making Beef jerky in an air fryer I've decided to give it a try!. I used Rump steak 250g/0.55 pound which i cut into tiny strips and used his recipe for marinade but went for a different air frying approach.
Marinated for 3 hours and then straight to air fryer for 1 hour at 176F/80C, then flip and 15 minutes at 140F/60C,.
The result was just like a Beef Jerky i usually buy at the store, but much cheaper and home made.
