Input on Spark plugs for 1977 280z
I just put these spark plugs in maybe 50 miles ago and was wondering if this is normal?

Hello, as the title states I'd like some advice on how to go about just cleaning the engine bay from all the dust and grease that has been sitting. I was watching a couple videos on it and it seems like detailers just foam cannon the bay then spray it off to clean but I'm worried about damaging things.
Any advice would be great :)
Hello, as the title says I recently bought this 1977 280z that has been sitting for 10years after failing smog. Previous owner said it failed due to high hydrocarbons along with mentioning the IAC was 'acting up'. I'm currently just trying to see if till pass smog. I did a oil change, spark plugs and air filter. I'd like some advice on what I should do next to fix some issues I'm having.
1st: Oil pressure is not consistent, it'll fluctuate from around 60psi to 25psi
2nd: There is a loud whining noise when going above 4k rpm
3rd: fuel on spark plugs after running
4th: Car sometime with try to stall when I tap gas (refer to video idk how to explain it)
5: it also has a longer crank time but I'm not sure it that's normal or not
Any advice would be helpful and I'll be sure to be active in the chat incase I forgot some info.
Thanks
