2 years ago i had gone to the the doctor to get blood/urine test i was dealing with other pain was taking ibuprofen for almost a week before going to the doctor. Went first thing in the morning no food no water to do the lab test never got my results until i called and asked and they said “if we didnt call you tht means everything is fine” I requested the test results and yes i passed everything except my egrf was flagged low and creatinine was flagged high. So i called the doctor and told them and they sent me to a nephrologist. The nephrologist said it was weird because there was no protein or blood in my urine and everything else was fine. She asked if i worked out because sometimes muscle mass and supplements make test read tht way, which i do workout but hadn’t worked out in 2 months prior to tht test. She felt my ankles said they where fine etc said i would need other test to see whats really going on, never went through with it because that was never the reason why i went to the doctor in the first place, i did get my flanks checked through ultrasound (aside from the other test she wanted me to do) but everything was fine. Fast forward now i just started going back to the gym and on the 3rd day i started noticing bubbles in my urine after a leg day. Ive been trying to eat a high protein diet (100g+ a day) and have 1 protein shake a day idk if its that or if i should really go get checked again or maybe cut down on protein and see? (Could it be dehydration maybe urination pressure?) The bubbles have gotten less since then but they’re still there. Clear bubbles not foamy like the first time.
