I was uploading shorts on Youtube, when I noticed that they all say dislike disabled by owner. I checked the settings, and it doesn't seem like there is a way to turn them off (showing the number of likes is already enabled), so how do I make it stop saying "Dislikes disabled by owner"?

(I'm a bit nervous cause there's a stigma surrounding yt vids that go out of their way to disable dislikes)
