The usb c port is completely clean. The device is new and has always been left in its case.

The charger is in perfect working order. I use it on all my devices and it has never given me any problems

Very often, several times per session on emulators like ducjstation or neathersx2, all the buttons on my pocket fit are automatically binded, I have to reset them all every time otherwise no type of input works anymore
