Adding pics in case you guys notice something out of place.

Yes the drum is rusted as fuck, replacements on the way.

Yes that's red grease because I thought it was (still do) that is the drum lip scraping against the back plate the reason for the noise.

Yes I put break grease on the shoe contact points.

No there's no grease on the shoe's surface. Before putting the grease I wire brushed the fuck out of everything.

Any ideas? The other tire is not making the noise.
