I bought a R03 exam voucher yesterday morning. Checked today and the order is still pending. I want to take this exam on Saturday. Rung CII; they’re having IT issues which are looking like it’ll take 48 hours to resolve. Rung PSI, they won’t manually book the exam for me without the voucher.

Is it me or is this a really stupid system? Looking like I won’t be able to take the exam on Saturday now. I bought the exam Tuesday morning….

Hoping I get some sort of concession for the 48 hour rule to book the exam once the voucher eventually comes through. A refund would be appreciated too to be honest.
