My brothers, i seek your assistance.

Just got a second hand gw2310fb in the mail after a week long issue with usps. Watch was working when recived. I noticed some debris inside and was going to clean it out. Once i got the screws from the back plate loosened it poped up from the battery spring. Got the back plate off and also noticed the spring by the lugs was bent and not straight and the battery clamp does not stay shut. Decided not to go further and managed to get the battery clamp to stay, did ac reset, closed the case as best i could with the bent spring by lug.

Now its stuck in flashing chg and buttons are doing nothing. Setting reverted to 1-1 12:00 sat.

What is the actual issue here? Id love to get her back up and running.

Just got my 1680 and love everything about it. The lume is great. The convenience of resizing by screw pin is great. The feel is great. All that is killed when i noticed 75% of the time the clasp doesnt fully close and flys open.

Yes, I checked if all the plastic was off. Resized again to use the last hole of the clasp and still does it. How has this not been fixed by now on a known issue? And by fixed, i dont mean a discount on a new upgraded clasp, Or a 2 point procedure to close a clasp till it fully clicks.
