Hi there I got this windmill palm same size as pictured last fall. I didn’t cover it in the winter and it got shocked. I had snipped some dry palms off and new growth began but the new growth has leaf scorch too?

I will definitely look into protecting my tropicals next winter for sure.

I love these shrubs in 7b this house has I haven’t seen them much around here. Photo taken today I think they’re usually green but rn they’re red. I used picture this and it says cherry plum but it’s saying they’re gonna be huge so I think that’s wrong. They wouldn’t have planting so close to their house?
