Looking to alter a belt clip for the magnet size I have, but having issues with editing in the software.

I am trying to alter these negative spaces for magnets. The size I have are 20x10x5. The size that is present in the print file is 20x10x3. So I'm off by 2mm. When I attempt to edit it in Bambu Studio I am not able to edit existing negative spaces. Just that I can add new ones. Is this something that can even be done?

I'm making a series of paintings/sketches for my wife's birthday/mother's day based on our travel pics and some moments. I'm not being unreasonable and expecting a masterpiece or anything but this just looks messy. I'm sure she'd be delighted for any quality but I want to make this more cohesive and less cluttered. Can anyone help analyze the image for a better approach?
