I recently got an interview invite for Roche’s Internship in Innovation & Sustainability program for students from Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, AI/ML etc.

Wanted to ask if anyone here has gone through the process before.

Would really appreciate any details about:

1. what the interview was like

2. what kind of questions they asked

3. technical vs behavioral focus

4. difficulty level

5. stipend range

6. work location

7. overall internship experience and work culture

Also wanted to know if it’s more software engineering focused, data/AI focused, or more research/business oriented in practice.

Would appreciate literally any insight since there’s not much information online about this specific role.
