I worried that over the past few years, I may have added too many amendments to my raised bed. The soil looks rich, but almost has a spongy feel to it; usually I add two bags of sea compost, and two bags of 3/1 (which happens to have peat - I'm not sure how much though).

The soil now has a bit of a spongy feel to it, and isn't draining as well as I'd like. Actually, I'm starting to think it's holding too much water. Is there any quick fix to improve drainage?
