A year ago, I lost a dear friend who was the main reason I got into 40K. Our first match together was June 17, 2023 (I believe the launch date of the rules for 10th.) He had 9 armies and Orks was the one most fitting for him. I loved playing against the Orks and now I inherited most of his armies (our group of friends spilt the other armies amongst ourselves based on what we wanted.) Regarding the other armies, when my time frees up, I’m hoping to work with my FLGS and teach young people the game using his armies, as starter matches.
I kept the Orks and played with the first time weeks back and man I am hooked. I painted up my first warboss and gretchin to add to the collection. It’s a printed warboss (for my crucible of champion character) and since we handed out Gretchin (to share his love for the Orks/40k) with friends during his celebration of life, the army needed the little guys back in the force.
Excited for the 11th edition waaagh! Can’t wait for a good… krump’n aand baschin’ sum spice murines doun!!!
