Been on the waitlist since Sept 2023 I've been advised that the wait is now 4+ years. (Modality NW Eng)

Everything seems to be falling apart while I'm waiting. I struggle massively at work, I hardly reply to friends, I've turned into a recluse and my partner is at the end of her rope with me and I think this is the end of the road for us.

Is there anything anyone can suggest I can do to find support or help myself cope better? I research and research but get overwhelmed pretty easily.
