Botw, Pokemon or something else to buy?

After buying too many cozy games (Pokopia, ACNH, Tomodachi life) & not feeling creative recently, I'm kinda interested in games that have fun challenges/objectives, colorful full worlds & even maybe completionist. I really love Mario Kart World's free roam & it's P switches.

I'm specifically looking for Nintendo games since I already have PC. The ones that caught my attention are Botw & Pokemon S/V or Legends ZA.

I would prefer extremely long games with too many challenges & without being overwhelmed with grinding. I've seen BOTW's inventory & I fear it's gonna be grindy & have too much focus on collecting materials & crafting. For Pokemon, I fear there isn't gonna be much to do except for collecting pokemon & battles.

Also, both worlds feel very empty for how big they are (but I could be wrong) so I'm really open for any other recommendations. I read some other reddit posts but I'm looking for real/blunt answers instead of reading the same "You just need to take time, enjoy the moment" or "The fun part of the game is that you can play it however you want so it won't be grindy" type of answers.
