Google says this is a young male budgie. I have chickens & this little guy was eating some bird seed in my yard. He let me get right up next to him & grab him, he was a little scared though. I posted him on a couple neighborhood apps to see if anyone lost him or some jerk just made him fly away and try to survive. My wife wants to keep him. I have him in a little crate right now with some bird seed, water, and a couple blueberries. So my questions are, is this in fact a budgie, and how do I care for it adequately?
