Out of the Quad Cities in Iowa and Illinois for ReMax, a shady weasel of a real estate agent that is only out for sales, profit, and himself. The home sold in 2 days because he underpriced the home by about $40,000 and agreed to pay the buyers agent a percentage without me knowing which ended up costing me about $7,000. When he first looked at the home he was only there for about 5 minutes and then left according to a neighbor so where he came up with his price is a mystery. Do not hire him for anything unless you want to be bent over.
