all of the complaints about the very large BOC logo - if this track is any indication of the rest of the album then I completely understand and agree with the choice.

“THIS IS BOARDS OF CANADA”. it’s loud. it’s funky. it’s monolithic. it’s both what they‘ve done in the past, it’s their influences, but it’s also something new.

you’re face to face with GOD in all caps and they’re speaking to you directly while you’re face peels back like that scene in Indiana jones.
