
Final Boss: Death Angel (Demo 6)
The Death Angel dwells in the basement of a hospital abandoned for over 300 years, guarding one of the Seven Swords of the World: the Darkheart.
HP: 70 (1P), 90 (2P), 120 (3P), 140 (4P)
Abilities
* 1. Slashes of Doom and Despair
The Death Angel unleashes 3 quick strikes, each dealing 5 DMG (scaling with buffs), followed by a fourth strike dealing 7 DMG (fixed, with few exceptions), and a final blow dealing 8 DMG.
* Effect: If hit by two or more strikes, the player is inflicted with "Helpless" for two turns. This effect deals 1 DMG per turn and prevents the player from dodging enemy attacks (though "Defend" and other defensive abilities still function).
* 2. Kekkoi Scream
The monster raises its head and lets out a deafening scream. This hides the stats of all players for 2 turns, grants the boss a +2 DMG buff, and decreases the Defense of a random player by 1. If a player's Defense is already lowered by 2 or more levels due to other effects, it will not decrease further.
* 3. Monster Sentinels
Summoned via two black lightning bolts, two small dark monsters appear (5 HP each). They possess two additional attacks:
* 3.1 Rush Kicks: The monster rushes forward and delivers two kicks to a random player (3 DMG + 4 DMG).
* 3.2 Death Boom: Upon exploding or leaving the battlefield, they fire three poisonous projectiles at all players. Each deals 2 DMG. If 2 or 3 projectiles hit, the "Lost" effect is applied for 3 turns, preventing the use of aerial attacks and inventory items.
* 4. Smiling Giggle
The Death Angel smiles, triggering a QTE (Quick Time Event) on the screen. The player must press 5 random keys. If 3 or more keys are missed, the boss deals 12 DMG and applies the "Lost" and "Helpless" effects for 1 turn.
* 5. Death Blast
The monster's ultimate attack, performed at least twice once its health drops below 30 HP.
* Phase 1: Two strikes dealing 3 DMG each. If both hit, 2 additional DMG is dealt over two turns and "Helpless" is applied.
* Phase 2: The boss leaps and slams brutally into the ground. A QTE appears with 7 keys to be pressed at the correct time.
* 3-5 misses: 14 DMG.
* 6 misses: 18 DMG.
* 7 misses (All): 25 DMG.
* Phase 3: The monster flies back into the air and charges a monochrome (black and white) deadly laser. The laser lasts 5 seconds with 4 hits per second, each dealing 3 DMG.
* Death Penalty: If killed by this attack and revived (via card or item), "Lost" is applied for 3 turns. If revived by a teammate, it lasts 2 turns (In Singleplayer, it is always 2 turns).
> Note: After being knocked down 3 times, the character dies permanently for the duration of the battle.

THE DARKHEART (Weapon)
Price: 3 NRG (Sword Energy)
Function:
* Deals 7 DMG to all flying enemies and 5 DMG to grounded enemies.
* Increases Defense by 2 for 5 turns.
* Cleanses: All status effects are removed from players (Warning: this includes positive buffs!).
The concept was initially in italian, i then translated it to english with AI, so sorry for any mistakes.
The concept is mine though. Tell me what you think about it!
PS: I also added a photo of how i imagine the monster to be( i took it from Pinterest). I also tought for a OST, and i think that “MEGALOMAYHEM” by Char_ty is suitable for this boss. This is also my first post on Reddit, and on r/blocktales, so sorry for any problems, i don’t know how to use it properly.
