Recreationally, I scratchbuild spaceships from anything I can find, really. It usually starts with two or three parts glued together that sparked my curiosity. From there on, I build by exploration. There’s no planning, no fixed method, nor too much rhyme or reason. This is what excites me about the process: over time, every build starts to let me know what it wants to be. Usually, the process lets me invent a story or function for the ship that develops organically and the informs and guides the build in the mid to end game.

 Except for this ship. It’s been sitting on my desk for weeks – and I still don’t know what its purpose could be.

 Cargo? (I might put the containers pictures (color marker caps) on it, yet I am somehow not convinced. The size and look are off.)

Futuristic train? (feels too boring, to be honest.)

Cloud harvester? I might put some „folding tractor parts on it“ to „cloud farm“ … yeah, no. Can't see that either.

 So, I need your help. What story does this ship tell you? Any ideas where this build  wants to go? Your input is MUCH appreciated!
