Just wanted to introduce myself to the community. I'm frank and I'm really hoping this medicine helps my anxiety! Been struggling with GAD for 2 years and I finally put down my foot and went to see a therapist. They said my anxiety is typical and no therapy needed just anxiety medication. It's been 5 days now taking lexapro and I'm not hoping for a change just yet I know it's going to take weeks and months to see changes but I'm really hopeful. The only side effects I noticed is brain fog and not to get graphic but it's really hard to "finish" if you know what I mean. I kinda notice some changes. I get really bad travel anxiety and when I went for a 2 hour drive my anxiety only lasted half the trip when it usually takes the full trip. And when I play my video game call of duty warzone if you know it's an intense gaming experience and when I play it I usually get really bad anxiety attacks and this time it didn't happen. Idk if it's a placebo effect or the medication is working but I hope it's working 🤞🙏 well hopefully i can share good news as time passes and hope all of you can get cured too 😉😊✊️✌️
