Hi all, I am toying with the idea of a career change. I am a career govt employee and love service. I have been involved with kids in my youth and as an adult volunteer but have always pushed it aside for a better paying job. Well, as I really thinking of what brings me the most joy is being a role model and helping kids know there are people out there that want them to succeed.
Anyway, I am going to a career fair tomorrow and I want to know what questions you would ask if you were in my shoes as I make a career pivot, or questions you wish you asked when you were starting out.
I haven't gone too far down the road I figured this would be a good start to see if I still feel like pursuing this idea after talking to some people.
