So many owners over the past two decades. Most stayed 2-4 years before trying to sell.

Newest owner isn't even trying for profit, like he's trying to offload as quickly as possible. A blunder may be in the making - any discerning buyer would raise eyebrows at this history.
Crumbling foundation? Constant flooding? Anyone's guess...
