Hi, I recently started playing on Faceit to escape the high number of cheaters on South American servers. I brought two friends along and provided them with Prime accounts to ensure they had the best experience. However, their accounts have been flagged for ID verification, which they are uncomfortable with. Is there any way to have these accounts unflagged or an alternative way to prove they are new players? I’d really like to get them into the ecosystem so we can play together
