Might have started too early

I live at 1800 ft elevation, zone 6b.

Half of my garden is planted but I’m holding out on the tomatoes, peppers, and eggplants. I have some really great looking starters that I’m hardening off right now. its been so warm during the day (70/80) but night temps have been low 40s. This coming weekend it’s looking like temps at night will dip into the high 30s.

im going to wait to plant my remaining starters until after this weekend. But will they be ok in their little starter pots for 7 more days or should I repot them? and if the night temps are in the low 40s, is that TOO low to harden them off? should I be bringing them inside? I plan on bringing them inside during the nights when it’s in the 30s.
