Looking for high(ish) rise cropped flare/wide jeans in 100% cotton!

My best-fitting jeans are Levi’s Wedgie Straight or 501 cropped (especially 100% cotton variants), size 24. I’m 5ft, so sometimes I even hem them an inch. However, I’m getting a bit bored of straight leg and would love a more flared or slightly wider style.

I have a very short torso, so Levi’s Rib Cage is much too high. Levi’s make a wedgie bootcut but the shortest inseam is 30”…if I chop 4-5 inches off of that they’ll probably look straight!

Does anyone recommend any cropped styles with a shorter high rise similar (10-11”)? Bonus points if they come in a 100% cotton rigid denim!

This is my new home (we haven’t moved in yet). I would like to add a ceiling light instead of the track lights in this hallway, but I am having a lot of trouble deciding what to choose. This is pretty much the first thing you see when you walk into my front door, so I want it to look nice. I need to choose before we move in; we have an electrician working on other things in the house and it would just be the easiest/least expensive way to get it done.

My house will ideally have somewhat of a vintage but also modern feel. I don’t want anything ultra-modern or super boring, no farm-house, and something more interesting than a globe light. But I don’t want it to be a completely out-there option either. Something to add visual interest and lean into my ideal vintage-modern vibe. I’m not sure if that makes any sense!

Hallway ceiling is 7.9ft so don’t want anything that hangs too low.

Let me know what you think!

I’m really not interested in “integrated light” ceiling fans. Does anyone know where I can find ceiling fans that take e26 bulbs? Bonus points for a low profile one that doesn’t look completely old-fashioned.
