Hiiii, for reference, here’s a picture of my belly. Medyo similar case din sa lower back ko.

Brief history lang: my initial weight was 111kg nung May 2022. Then it went down to 96kg nung July 2023

Come May 2025, I have rebooted my workout and diet (recomp-cut diet) tho I am at 93kg na that time. I was able to drop my weight to my 77kg nung Dec 2025.

Currently, I weigh 75kg and I am on “loose” diet. Not really tracking again but still working out (PPLUL + low-intensity cardio).

Ang current insecurity ko isss etooo, yung lower back and belly flabs ko. Maf-fix pa kaya ‘to and become “tighter” somehow? 🥺 I can’t go topless dahil dito tbh.
