Anybody else having the chatbot call them the wrong name when they call?
I had an order disappear on my way to the restaurant, but I didn’t receive a notification that it had been cancelled.
I called support to make sure it wasn’t a glitch with me still assigned to the order.
The first time I called, the bot called me “June.” So I hung up and called again.
The second time, it called me what sounded like “Shivaratri Parvati,” so I stayed on the get a live agent. The agent tells me the order was indeed cancelled. But had no answer about the name.
I called a third time just to check, and again it calls me “Shivaratri Parvati.”
Anybody else having this happen?
