Hi I am going to file my husband AOS but he has a criminal record for something that was dismissed and didn't even go to court for. Will that affect him? He is a Jamaican citizen entered the US legally on a O2 visa.
Also he was working as an independent contractor while on his O2 visa. Would that cause problems?
Hi guys. I posted on here last week about an attorney that has absolutely no idea of immigration. Well, I reached out and asked to adjust the fee to just a partial review, RFE response and interview attendance. She got very emotional and rude. Originally charging 4,000 wanted to reduce to 3,500 after I did everything. That is not a full service fee. I terminated the contract.
I will request our client file. Does anyone know any attorneys that will review our packet and answer some immigration questions that we have? Or is it possible to retain an attorney at this stage to respond to RFE, representation and interview attendance (virtual or in person). We are willing to pay a flat fee for either service.
