It is a old pc , it has a intel i3 4th gen cpu and a h81 motherboard and a gt610 with 8gb ram. I had packed it because it's hhd died. After getting a new ssd after 2 months ,I turned it on but it was not POSTing and only the fans were spinning . I HAVE TRIED MANY THINGS SUCH AS:

1)removing the gpu and turning it on

2)cleaning the ram and even the cpu pins with pencil eraser

3)checking all the wires

4)clearing BIOS propely and changing the battery

I have noticed it's symptoms are that :

1)heating of the south bridge chip, cpu and gpu

2)heating of the inductors present beside the cpu - even when cpu is not present

3)no beeps at all

GUYS AM I COOKED?
