Phone lines have been down for a month at least,
Known issues with defect section of the website..
It feels like they honestly don't care. I was rebuilding a hobby I started 30+ years ago. Bought about 6-8 Mega boxes, hard and soft sleeves, even bought a nice zip up 3 ring binder.
I was completely prepared to buy more boxes each pay day..
That was until my autograph/25 card came messed up, as did a few other random cards. I have watched plenty of others complain about the same thing happening to them, mixed in with a horrible return policy that cost me my own $$ to return the cards, a website that was so glitchy and overly complicated. ( why not just have hyperlinks in the instructions instead of steps to follow that lead nowhere?)
I stopped buying cards after this. Kinda sucks, but I'm a firm believer in the idea that if you're not happy with a product or a company.. show it with your wallet. IT'S THE ONLY WAY THEY LISTEN.
