Hey everyone, I've been working as an acquisition manager for a wholesaler for over a year. I recently closed a deal with a $115k net profit and now want to start wholesaling on my own. The challenge is that I'm a non-U.S. resident. I have experience closing deals, but I need guidance on forming an LLC and handling the legal requirements.
