So tired of being told to do supervisor level work as a shift lead to be exceeding what I am supposed to be doing now. Our management literally lock themselves in SDR and while the shift leads try to handle to floor, handle MOD calls, and make sure everyone else isn’t actively burning. There’s a reason why we are dead last in the whole company. And why are we getting reprimanded more than the supervisors?????? Genuinely this place makes me age more and more- ( the best part is they code me as core and yet still expect me to do shift lead/supervisors task or else I get written up for insubordination)
