Sov Cit with a death wish
Michigan's northern lower peninsula is experiencing severe flooding due to snow melt. This dam is located on the Cheboygan River. Authorities closed the dam and evacuated the surrounding area because of the very real concern that the dam is going to burst. At one point, the water level was (and maybe still is) 6 inches from the top of the dam. Post is from a FB group that posts summaries of police scanner traffic in the area. I included some of the comments.
